Mr. Nirmal Raj Poudel

Mr. Poudel is acting as chairman of various organisations under the banner of Welcome Group such as Welcome Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Welcome Developers Pvt. Ltd., Welcome Audio Visual Production and Welcome Event Management.

Moreover, he is also affiliated with a number of national level social institutions; President of the Media Consumer Rights Association (MICORA), publisher of CEO Monthly Tabloid and Chief Adviser of Admire Nepal. During his professional career, he also served as a member of the Press Council, ABC Committee, Executive Committee Member of the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and president of the Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN).

Honored with the title of ‘Ad Guru of Nepal’, he has been involved in creative, direction and production aspects of over 500 Nepali Television Commercials. Mr. Poudel has also been endowed with several national/ international awards and accolades for the remarkable professional and social contributions made by him. Remarkably, he took a lead in submitting the petition gathering 1 million signatures to the United Nations under the national level campaign “Lord Buddha was born in Nepal” launched by Admire Nepal.

Mrs. Nita Poudel

Mrs. Poudel boasts of 15 years of experiences in orchestrating and executing plans and strategies related to event management. Moreover, she played a key role for the successful management of The Longest Marathon TV Talk Show, which earned the Guinness World Records in 2013.

She was also awarded with the certificate by Guinness World Records as a recognition of her outstanding supervisory works of Youngest Director of the World in the movie titled “Love You Baba”. Moreover, she has been honored in the ANA Conference as well as felicitated by Chicago City in USA for remarkable works undertaken by her company.
